In addition to supporting our own products and services, Imps provide server, network and application support for range of clients. We offer remote administration and call-out services for firewalls, mailservers, webservers and domain controllers running on Linux, Solaris and W2K.

Mail Service Support

Our mailservers are accessible from most places on the internet using a normal mail client. To access our servers, you will need to set your IMAP and SMTP servers to mail.net-imps.com. Your username is your full email address, and your password will have been supplied when your account was set up. If you have forgotten your password, please contact our support department to request a new one.

Mozilla Thunderbird settings

We recommend Mozilla Thunderbird for accessing our IMAP servers as it is available cost-free for Windows, Linux, and OSX, and offers the best performance, features and reliability of all the current mail clients. Click the image below to see the Account Settings you'll need.
